Attorney Will Richter practices business law, franchise law, and civil litigation, working alongside Principal Attorney Joe Dye Culik. Will began his legal career in South Carolina, where he focused on real estate transactions, estate planning, and small business matters. He later moved to Charlotte, where he continued to practice transactional and civil law in the greater Charlotte metro area.

Although Will has been exposed to various practice areas, business law has always been the field he is most interested in. Will’s grandmother and parents have always been involved in owning and operating small businesses, so he understands many of the practical challenges business owners face. Combining practical knowledge while addressing legal issues is an important approach Will takes when handling a client’s legal matter.

When not in the office, Will can be found on the golf course, traveling with his wife, or watching the Gamecocks.
